Here are the details of the forthcoming WWU road closures in Somerton -
West Street:
06/01/25 to 10/01/25 – Road closure between junctions West End & Mowries Court
11/01/25 to 26/01/25 – Traffic lights from Mowries Court up to junction Pound Pool/Langport Rd
The Triangle:
27/01/25 to 07/02/25 – Road closure between junction West Street & Bartletts Row

Somerton Town Council have a busy itinerary of events planned for 2025 and are seeking community support and collaboration. Please join us to share your ideas and/or if you have time to spare.
The events planned so far include:
Somerset Day - May
Food, Music and Fundraising markets - May & August
VE Day 80 - May
Fireworks - November
Christmas Lights switch-on and Market - November
Unfortunately it will only be possible to host these events with support from Councillors and the community.
