Until we can resume unrestricted interaction and activities, the services on offer are:
Limited Browsing for up to 4 customers. Entry controlled by Stop/Go lights – Masks Mandatory, NHS Track & Trace in force
‘Library Choice’ – for customers who are happy for library staff to choose a selection of books, talking books or DVDs, from items on the shelves in the library.
‘Customer Request Service’ – customers will be able to reserve items from the library catalogue https://www.librarieswest.org.uk and the LibrariesWest App, for pick up from libraries in Somerset. Reservation charges apply on collection.
Public Computers – until it is apparent there is a demand for essential use of the Public Computers, this facility is not available.
