There are three main tenants Somerton Town Council, Somerset association of Local Councils and Parrett Catering. Regular users include NHS Blood and Transplant, Life Church, U3A, plus Somerset County Council and several community groups.

Main Hall
On entering the Main Hall, you are greeted by the comfortable bar section; a carpeted lounge with tables, chairs and a bar. This leads to the kitchen, servery and cloak room.
The Main Hall offers a delightful sprung floor (perfect for dancing) and capacity for numerous seating and table arrangements to suit your every need.
The Main Hall can be laid out in several different styles for a range of events:
- Dance or disco layout – 500 people
- Banquet layout – 250 people
- Theatre style – 250 people
Conference Room
The Conference Room is the perfect location for conferences, meetings, presentations, seminars and training sessions. With a capacity of up to 50 people this light and airy room offers a superb atmosphere, with kitchen facilities across the landing.
The Conference Room can be laid out in several different styles for a range of events:
- Theatre style – 50 people
- Cabaret Style – 25/30 people
- Classroom Style – 25/30 people
Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is a great space, offering a suitable location for breakout groups, smaller meetings, and virtual conferences for those attending another event at Edgar Hall. With a capacity of up to 9 people, this smaller room offers a more collaborative and intimate meeting space.
The Meeting Room is situated adjacent to the kitchen facilities, and is often layed out in boardroom style.
