The order becomes effective on 12th September 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
The works are expected to commence on 16th September 2024 and last for 26 days to enable Wales & West Utilities to replace gas mains
There will be a one way system in place 24 hours per day road closed east to west only (Traffic can travel out of Langport towards Somerton Only).
Traffic heading into Langport will be advised to follow the signed diversion route.
The contractor has indicated that access for Emergency Services through the site is not permitted on this occasion.
